Chicken in a Biscuit

Named after the children tidbit, I used the actual crushed "Chicken in a Biscuit" as one of my ingredients. Firstly, powder your thin chicken fillet with corn flour, and lace them with egg to create a sticky platform for the crushed biscuits. Then, deep fry till golden brown. Rice was steamed with ginger for a little exotic twist. Salad was simply lettuce with sliced onions.



Joseph was the privileged first to try out my cooking, and fortunately it turned out well. (At least the oath of undertaking wasn't exercised!)
